New for this year, The Logis d'Epargnes has partnered with a delightful boutique winery called Les Hauts de Talmont. Situated on the cliffs beside the historic village of Talmont and overlooking the Gironde estuary, this vineyard is unique - wines grow in an exceptional climate with the influence of sea breezes, the sun and the soil to produce wines and cognac of great quality. The vineyard is fully certified as biodynamic and restricts the use of harmful pesticides and other products. Of special interest is the natural fortified wine, similar to Pineau, but with a delicate and distinctively different flavour - a must to try!
